I think i gonna miss my intern life in Premier Milk..
Although i am not in engineering dept, Sweetened Condensed Milk Production Dept instead, but i am enjoying here ^___^
hehhh..
Even felt lucky cos i'm not sent to engineering dept :P cos the engineering dept manager is hot tempered.. :X ... keke.. they r dealing with machine maintenance n improvement which i think is more to mechanical engineering perhaps.. from what i read from previous engineering dept trainees's report.. Although we are in the same office, but seldom see them cos they are out in those machine area.. Even din have the chance to talk to Eng. Dept. trainees.. Yet, i tried to have some conversation with the Eng. Dept Exec, knowing what they are doing right now... what are the spec that they are looking at to improve the system in SCM processing.. Well, at least i know how to create chances for myself to learn more.. apart from learning the knowledge that are more to food technology in Production Dept..

A round table for 3 of us--- me, Wanxian (technology Dept), and Putri (the one in the pic)
Putri has been there for 6months already, going to leave at 25th June, same dept with me, my kaki to eat and drink in office XD .. haha~ she is an indon who further her study in UPM after completing her high sch in Indonesia. During my first week there is another UKM trainee in my dept, but my first week was her last week already.. However, i had a nice week with them, learnt the whole process via plant tour led by both of them :D appreciate that there are "senior trainees" in my dept that ease my learning process in food industry :)
My second week was full with training programs with the new batch operators, alone with a group of men.. Learnt about things that need to be practised by everyone of us as a member of F&N.. Good Manufacturing Practice, Importance of HACCP, OPRP..... During my free time i went to plant to see how the operators work..
Blessed that my supervisor gave us a lot of freedom .. since she is busy--the only female in the leaders of SCM plant.. she is serious in work n humourous when she needs to be humourous ..hahaha :D
No boundary is set for us, therefore i can also ask for things that related to my course... Most of the time i'm learning from operators n supervisors in plant.. Or exec in 0ffice.. ....
Because most of the time i will only talk to her twice a week ..
me: Ms Loh, this is my log book..
Her: oh..ok put here (with smile)
me: Ms Loh, have you ... (havent finish talking)
Her: Oh ya here... (with smile)

The coming week is my important week where i need to do a presentation as all trainees are requested to.. N Dr Ghazali will be visiting me... N my Industrial Training report that i need to submit to my faculty.. Hope i can complete that parts that i should do in this week... Since i will be sent to 3 other dept in coming last 3 weeks.. Cnt stay in my lovely office most of the time already..
