找了一个周末上槟城去姐姐家

姐姐的床好好睡

而且睡在atmosphere air treatment system旁边真的是太棒了。

一觉醒来眼睛没痒鼻子也没有塞~

然后还有独家姐姐吹头发服务。

有姐姐太好啦~ 

出门！

去大山脚吃好料！

好好吃的sentosa猪肠粉和葡塔。

爪哇面普通了点。

猪肠粉太好吃啦

葡塔皮太脆啦，蛋好香啊。弥补我没吃到澳门安德鲁的遗憾。

然后经过St Anne教堂。进去参观参观。

姐姐叫我坐那边拍张照。

姐姐和妈妈下两个星期去澳洲一定用到乱。拍多多照片回来蛤

然后早餐还没消化就去吃kulim老火较laksa，配上独家虾饼。好吃捏~

laksa还没消化完。

去campbell street多春茶室。

也就是CM林冠英的下午茶去处。

我在那边看过CM林，也看过Astro的阿贤。可见这小巷餐室名气不小。

可是可是。。

饮料的品质比以前逊色了好多:(。烤面包就一样好吃:) 

晚餐围炉去！

好吃啊。潮州式炭烧围炉

汤超好喝的！

因为在控制饮食+尽量减少红肉中，

这餐不吃饭。单单享用蔬菜和鱼肉都超满足了！

所以会看到画家啊，还有摆卖艺术品的当口

看。那么多人看他画。

星期天早上。

骑脚车去！

Georgetown租脚车很方便。

一天一辆才RM8。而且多种款式设计任君选择。

如果想运动运动，加想走走看看。这是不错的选择 :)

PBIM 2013!

 PBIM 2013 is one of the remarkable achievement in my life! 

why did i say so? 

let see.. 

17th November 2013.

woke up at 1.20am. yes, AM! 

get my spot wear on, thinking which pants to wear, it was raining few hours ago, so i chose the longer casual pant to go with me.

departed ard 2am from my sis hse to Queensbay mall. 

it started to jam already, cars are not allowed to park near to Queensbay already,

police directed us to park at roadside. 

and just in few minutes roadside is full of cars already!

can you imagine it? 47k of participants! no joke wey

# have a picture before the marathon started. 

this is our very very first time to conquer half marathon! 

and how dare were we, we did not even go thru any proper training . not even a 10km training before the event. =.=. lol

#Ladies first.

we started at 3am and male at 3.15am.

was very excited even though we are totally no idea how were we going to finish it lol

we ran separately after the marathon began abt 5minutes.

# never done any training for this time.

started walking instead of running about half an hour later.. 

was thinking whether want to keep running or store energy for the remaining journey. ended up store energy lahh. else i tak tahan need to take ambulance very embarrassing lol

took about 1.6hours to reach half marathon turning point on penang bridge. 

keep walking fast , trying my best to reach the finishing line within qualifying time.

#simply asked a photographer help me to take pic for me using my phone. sadly my phone cant make a good picture. Luckily he volunteer to capture this using his camera! :D and my colleague found it in fb! thanks god. this is the very last run on Penang Bridge. next year will be on new bridge . 

this picture is very very meaningful . one of the remarkable moment in my life! 

#yeah we all got the medals! :D 

finally reach finishing line within 4hours. legs started burning at last few km.. was thinking to sit down and relax and then continue to end point. but i didnt. keep walking.. looking at those motivating phrases at last few km.. made myself to dig more energy to complete the run. of course, another way is thinking of my fav food awaiting me after the run lol lol. tamciak. 

surprisingly our parents completed it within 3.5hrs. we all under age of 30 failed to make it =.=

反省一下自己

2012 wishlist 居然只实现三项

而且到十一月才实现

第一 ：一个人的行李

我一个人的时候可以做任何决定。那勇气也不懂哪里来。

其实，我问我自己。一个人旅行其实需要的并不是勇气。觉得自己很勇敢是因为朋友都说：你很勇敢咧。

旅行，不外乎持着想探索外面的世界的好奇心。看看外面的世界人家是怎样活着的怎样享受的怎样幸福的笑着的。不是吗？然后再看回自己。寻找更多快乐泉源。

独自旅行，只需要一个冲动的决定。

把自己放进未知的人事物里。

每个明天，我们都是在把自己放进未知的时空里。不是吗？所以没什么好勇气不勇气的。只是，要把自己放进一个大概可以预测到的明天，还是哇劳多多的明天哈哈哈哈哈，就这个分别。如果觉得生活少了些乐趣，不妨外出走走吧，和你自己，或者和你爱的人。或者，陌生人。去一个自己没到过的地方。可能是五公里外的公园，小溪，或者。。。shopping centre?

哈哈。其实我也不懂ｚｏｍｏｋ会写这个放在其中一ｗｉｓｈ

可能是去年老爸说要参加penang bridge run可是我没有帮他报名:P有点对不起所以写下去的吧。

傻的。３０ｋｍ。那时候应该是乱补一个ｗｉｓｈ下去的

哪里知道我真的跑了！

感谢ｃｖｉ，感谢ｔｏｔｏ　ｏｎｇ老师。如果不是他怂恿我应该没有力去参加。哈哈。

第一个salomon trail run.跑到我够力累。第一次跑就给我跑泥路。几够力难忘的

第二个penang bridge run。和家人一起跑。几够力爽。

第三个。parkcity run。好多斜坡。呵呵。提供最多路程饮料的。跑到很悠闲。呵呵

因为penang bridge run是国际性的。他可以和面子书连线。所以我们跑的时候系统会直接update我们的tracking time在我们墙上。是用号码牌上的stripe。不用我们携带手机的。几厉害

第三：助养孩童

这是我参加饥饿３０后的一个想法。

可是一直以自己还没能力作借口。没实行

从柬埔寨回来后。在电台听见李心洁专访，对助养这事有个另一面的看法。听完的两天后。无意中朋友也和我分享关于world vision的事。我说。好像是时候了。善心一起，别让它溜走。把握那份感动，我就上网给助养了一名。可以说是冲动吗？我认为好的冲动多冲无妨。哈哈。你也不妨去看看吧

好啦。

今年的成绩单不及格。只拿了个三十分。还有一个月。

The Moment @ Penang 2nd-6th Dec 2010

at the beginning of last december

i went to penang to have my japanese language proficiency test (JLPT) level 5 :)
and for sure visit my sis n bro as i had not been to their house since may 2009.. it was a long long time already~ :P

my mom n younger sis joined me too~

Pangkor Island family gathered at Penang Island

bro brought us to 姓氏桥 （translated as surname bridge?）for dinner ^^

Thai food, my favourite always~ because of its spicy n sour taste.. ! especially tomyam that added milk!!! you ll never know how great it tastes until you have a bowl of it :P

here is it, dinner on the sea.. :) village feel~ :)

ordered fired kangkung n mushroom (super crunchy!), thai style fish cake, steamed seafood, and spicy chic+long bean~ spicy daao~~~~ but i like it!

dinner b4 i went to JLPT at 5th december ^^
right after we went to bookfair at Pacific Mall @ butterworth, which we spent more than RM200 there.. :P

and it was treated by elder sis! :D

since we reached there earlier than the time we booked..

photo capturing is a must for us to spent our time :P

and ya~ he always got them right! :)

took japanese cuisine buffet.. ordered what we wanted to try~

and i started to fall in love with raw food.. !! it's definitely much more delicious than those sushi king dishes!

a lot of people celebrating their birthday there too!! for the three hours we were having our meal there, we had sung 5 birthday song for the birthday star of the day!

it is really a relaxing place for family, couple and friendss to have such delicious meal!

(for sure, it is not cheap too.. about RM50+ for a buffet.. consider a worthy price for the environment there!)
